About the Program

Investment Readiness Accelerator (IRA) 2.0 is a curated program by ISB I-Venture designed to help early- to growth-stage startups become fully prepared to engage with institutional investors, corporate VCs, and strategic partners.
In this second cohort, IRA goes beyond pitch decks, offering structured support to help startups:

  • Refine their investment narrative
  • Build strong financial models and data rooms
  • Understand term sheets, valuations, and deal structures
  • Connect with aligned investors based on sectoral and stage focus
  • Navigate real-time feedback from investor panels

Criteria

Stage of the Startup

  • Early to growth-stage startups
  • Minimum viable product (MVP) developed or launched
  • Some level of traction (revenue, pilots, users, or partnerships)

Fundraising Intent

  • Actively looking to raise Seed to Pre-Series A / Series A round in the next 3–6 months
  • Open to refining their pitch, financials, and data room to align with investor expectations

Business Model

  • Scalable, innovation-driven product or tech-enabled service
  • Clear problem-solution fit and a defined go-to-market strategy
  • Strong potential for investor return (impact or commercial)

Sectors Covered

Sector-agnostic, with interest in:
Fintech, Healthtech, AgriTech, ClimateTech, Deeptech, Cybersecurity, GenAI, Mobility, EdTech, SaaS, etc.

Founder Commitment

  • At least one founder must be available to attend workshops, mentorship sessions, and investor interactions
  • Willingness to engage actively and incorporate feedback during the program

Legal & Structural Readiness

  • Registered company (India or globally)
  • Clean cap table and basic legal documentation preferred

Startups who are in early traction and growth phase and looking to raise seed to series can apply for this program

The program offers comprehensive support, including mentorship from ISB & partner investors, tailored masterclasses & workshops, pitch clinics, storytelling and investor connect.

The program has a timeline of approximately 7-8 weeks. It also includes a Demo Day event for startups to showcase their progress and accomplishments.

After the application submission, the shortlisting and onboarding process will take place. Shortlisted startups will be notified and provided with further instructions and details regarding their participation in the program.
