About the Program
I-Venture @ ISB’s Women of Innovation Program aims to provide acceleration support to women-founded/co-founded start-ups by handholding entrepreneurs through their scaling-up journey.
The entrepreneurial landscape, while opening its doors to more women, still grapples with an enduring gender gap, therefore hindering India’s $5 trillion economy goal by 2025. Women founders encounter barriers like limited access to funding and inadequate mentorship. We aim to break these constraints, viewing women as catalysts for innovation and inclusive growth. Empowering women isn’t just about equality; it’s unlocking India’s full potential.
I-WIN 3.0 a sector agnostic program that stands as a bridge, offering tailored support through comprehensive need assessments, targeted resources, and expert mentorship. This empowers women-led businesses to scale confidently, fostering inclusive growth, fueling GDP, and generating job opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Growth-stage startups: Businesses with established traction and a demonstrable need for scaling support.
- Women-founder or co-founder: Holds a key decision-making position in senior leadership or has a major shareholding in the startup.

What happens after the application submission?
Following the submission of your application, the screening and evaluation phase will be initiated. Subsequently, the shortlisting, documentation, and onboarding process will commence. Startups that are shortlisted will receive notifications along with detailed instructions regarding their participation in the program.
What kind of commitment is expected from participants?
To maximize learning and build strong connections, regular and proactive participation is essential. We expect founders/co-founders or head CxOs to commit to actively attending core program sessions, which typically require 4-6 hours per week (schedule details provided upon acceptance).
Is there a program fee associated with I-WIN 3.0?
Yes, there is a program fee of INR 20,000 + GST associated with I-WIN 3.0 which the selected startups must pay before the commencement of the Acceleration Phase
