*These grants are approved by a panel of experts. The grant amount is determined by the problem’s complexity and can be broken up into milestones. Multiple grants can be obtained during the incubation period.

- Early-Stage Startups: Your startup should be in the early stages (pre-seed or seed). While having a prototype, MVP, or some early traction is preferred, it’s not mandatory.
- Web3 Focus: Startups must harness the transformative potential of blockchain technologies (e.g., DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Layer 2 solutions, supply chain).

FAQs
Yes, participation in the Web3X Incubation Program is free. However, selected startups will be required to provide a 7% equity in exchange for the program’s extensive support and resources.
Yes, your company must already be registered in India to be eligible for the Web3X Incubation Program.
We’re looking for startups leveraging Web3 technologies such as DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Layer 2 solutions, and supply chain management. Startups must develop their core technology exclusively on the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP).
Yes, founding teams must demonstrate a strong commitment to the project, with full-time involvement preferred. Student-led startups will not be prioritized.
The program offers up to $25K in non-dilutive grants, mentorship from industry experts, access to the Web3X community, technical support, legal and regulatory advisory, and go-to-market assistance.
Startups are required to adhere to legal and ethical standards and comply with relevant regulations governing blockchain and Web3 technologies.
